Air Conditioning and Heating systems are not cheap. So why not get every penny out of the life of your unit? We offer a semi-annual maintenance plan so that your unit will run smoothly year-round. By maintaining your unit regularly, your unit will have improved efficiency, restored capacity, and it will extend the life of your equipment. That will not only save you money on your electric bill but also save you money on service calls!
- The plan includes 2 separate trips for maintenance: Air conditioning maintenance to be performed during February and April and heating maintenance to be performed during September and October
- 10% discount on any additional parts
- 20% discount on any additional labor

Your Central Air Conditioner Maintenance Will Include:
- Check and clean the condenser coil
- Measure and record volts/amps
- Blow out condensate drain and clean pan
- Check, clean, and lubricate blower and components
- Check for adequate refrigerant charge
- Check all safety controls
- Check and calibrate thermostat
- Check that condenser is level
- Test starting capabilities
- Lubricate condenser fan motor
- Tighten electrical connections at equipment
- Check fans on outside unit
- Inspect and clean evaporator coil (if accessible)
- Inspect the filter
Your Heating System Maintenance Will Include (depending on gas or electric):
- Check and adjust blower components
- Check and calibrate thermostat
- Remove and wash burners
- Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
- Check burner operation
- Check heat exchange
- Check air filter
- Tighten all wires
- Check fan control
- Inspect ignitor
- Check for natural gas leaks
- Check all electrical components
